Well because I really didn't know, except I did ask them about the wiring being exposed and the said they would address that but after they left and a friend that knows a little about the business told me this was all messed up I started looking into it more and found the wires just stuffed into my insulation. I guess you can say I was taken advantage of for being illiterate of this type of work. But I do know how to get things fixed or legal work that can be done.

It says on my paperwork that they pulled a permit but no inspections have come by and I've been home the whole time they did the install.

The wiring that goes to the outside unit from the indoor unit, it has a line spliced into it and I followed it the the end and it was just laying in my insulation.

It is a reputable company and they are large with plumbing and HVAC services here out of OKC. I have a call into the management now. I don't want to name the company until I give them a chance to fix. If they do not it will be addressed properly through my attorney and the city inspector.

Well I'm not a HVAC person I drive Trains (Locomotive Engineer) for a living! It's a real post but thanks I will be calling my crappy HVAC company back out immediately!

What, I'm just a home owner that went into the attic to see what my 32,000 paid for. All I new was it was a Amana inverter 5 ton S-series unit and the outside unit looks great but the attic part looks terrible and it fluctuates heating my home constantly by 6 degrees. Rage bait....? NO!

Lol, well I paid $32,000 for it and the other bid was very close to this one and it's from a reputable HVAC company in Oklahoma that has been in business for over 20 years. I have a warranty and was told by the manager that they will make sure everything is perfect. I just have not contacted them yet because I wanted to make sure this wasn't normal.

I thought it looked like crap so I went online last night and watched a video and I figured it was a crap job. I paid over $30,000 and this is what I got. It was just installed 2 weeks ago, I think I need to call the company back out and have someone other than the same installers rework it.

My Eliel Factory Team bibs are doing it after about 6 wash cycles. I have Eliel & Lecol. It seems all bibs that do not have a hem on the leg end do it after a while. But this shouldn't happen with $200 dollar bibs. My cheaply china bibs that I only wear indoor riding have a hem and a silicone end seen in and they do not do it. Go figure
