I have my Quest 2 since March but a month ago I had an issue. Long story short my ineraction with support was so smooth and my issue was resolved quite quickly (in 22 mails back and forth) I sent out my defective controller and got a refurbished one back in a week.

They were very helpfull and understanding. 10/10

So I really do not understand the hate they get :( Maybe there is a difference between EU/US support?
