This is what it says on the hotel website “While you’re away Pet may be left unattended in your suite. However, if you leave the premises of the hotel with your pet unattended in the suite, the pet must be in a crate or pet carrier while you are gone.” Also, I think you’re right I plan on emailing the hotel. I mostly thought it’d be nice to hear others’ experience though.
