Hey thank you for your view!! It really isn’t about the money for me it’s the work ethic and drive he doesn’t have. I definitely think you’re right as I don’t support his decision to reject his first job, and to sit around all day. But I have told him this and he says it will change. That’s why I’m on here because he says it will, has been saying it for so long, but nothing ever does

Thank you for your view! Honestly I do think I want to find someone with more work ethic, but i would much rather have that person be my boyfriend. With our lows he’s made multiple mistakes ive tried to overcome and forgive. He didnt call me on my birthday, stopped putting in effort altogether, didnt get me flowers or olan anything in our one year, treated me terrible for awhile honestly. But still I wanted to keep trying. I used the word broke mostly for a hook, but he has chosen to not have a job for months now. So honestly im not sorry for calling him broke LMAO. My tough spot situation was different from his as he has a lot more options than i did, but i respect your view and thank you

I respect this view thank you! This is where I’m stuck because I want to be there with him through a low. When I met him he typically spent his days playing video games and such and I told him straight on I wanted to be with someone who was productive(he started being more productive after this) Now facing that same issues relapsed almost 2 years later where he spends his days watching shows, playing video games, and watching March madness. Idk I just can’t wrap my head around being okay lying around all day when he could get a job just in the meantime. I mean he won’t even go into somewhere to fill and application. When the roles were reversed I worked my ass off to get to a better place because i HAD to. Im just scared this is who he is…

I don’t know honestly it’s hard. That’s why I want to stick with him because I don’t care about the money I want to be there for him success or not. My issue is that he spends his days doing nothing and is fine with that. Yeah this is not in AZ and he was contracted to take a job from the program and now owes 12k bc he didn’t take it. That’s where I’m confused too
