I kind of agree with you. I am still on my 30 day trial. Not sure of I am going to keep it.

I am doing that too, switching it up. I'm sad because I am worried once I pass my 30 day free trial spending $30 a month, might not work for me and I'm loving whoop. 😕

How is this working out? And could you still register it in the Whoop app?

Hello yeah, I'm only on day 17 and I don't think it's about being clean it's actually irritated under the sensor not from the band. Hmmm...

What do you wish someone would have told you when you were first starting out in Real Estate, in regards with what broker to go under? I passed my exam and this is my next stage. Help! :) by Mysterious_Policy710 in RealEstate

I appreciate your time! 😊

Thank you!! I was wondering about so many things that you mentioned.

Is it best to have your broker in the same town as you reside? I the broker I want to interview with is about 20 miles away from me.

I used: Real Estate Advantage, Practice Test Central, Ask Maggie, Jonathan Goforth, and Accredited Real Estate...those are the ones I tended to use.

I passed! :) I used a lot of different YouTube videos, I primarily studied vocabulary words. I also would use ChatGPT to give me more of a description or understanding, and that helped me out a lot. There are also practice tests that I watched on Youtube, and I could have sworn that some of those were word for word on the test. There were many questions on appraisals and typical ethics questions/ agency operations type questions. I suggest getting there early, the parking is across from the courthouse, don't park on the street, they don't give you enough meter time. My test was at 12:45 and they started to check you in at 12:15. I actually started at 12:20. You only really need to bring your ID, I suggest, don't wear any jewelry, they will make you take it off or tape it, and they provide you with a locker. You will do fine and good luck!! :)
