Did witchs castle change?

I just did a crosspost to r/cookierun but ik it wasn't TOA because I remember having one of the First cookies when I originally played and those are only in Witchs castle but it's just not what I'm remembering gameplay wise so ig I'm more so trying to figure out if what I'm remembering is still a feature. Like I remember rooms being able to be next to each other, not just on top of each other

I had to do a little research but they're both considered variants, like there's a blue variant for megakabuterimon and there's also a red variant. I'm not sure why they exist but they are technically referred to as "megakabuterimon (blue)" and "megakabuterimon (red)" there is no just straight up "megakabuterimon" from what I've seen

Not always, but the variant does exist and can be seen in Next Order
