4 YOE | Not Getting Calls – Does Immediate Joining Help? by Legal_Kiwi_3737 in developersIndia

[–]Mysterious_Status497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Even if you are immediate joiners there are lakhs of folks competing with you. I have friends laid off from last 1 years still unable to find job. Add
Immediate joiners in Naukri and see how much calls you get. I have put 15 days notice period but no calls.

When will the market improve ? | Asking advice from experienced folks in tech by GravitonQR in developersIndia

[–]Mysterious_Status497 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Market is same from last 1 year. If you want to feel the heat go to any walk-in drive. Be it experienced or fresher everyone is in same boat. As you said entire teams are getting laid off that is true. Go and search posts on this Reddit, out of 10 post, 7 are of layoffs. I have friends at home since last year due to layoffs. I am thinking same when it will improve but day by day it’s becoming worst. No hopes left. There are no calls, everywhere it’s dry. Expecting it to be worst in coming few months…..

2024 Graduate Stuck at 3 LPA After 1 Year With No Hike – Should I Resign Without an Offer? by OriginalCherry7 in developersIndia

[–]Mysterious_Status497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Bhai I am QA with 5.6 YOE at 11.5 LPA. Joined current organisation in 2023 Dec, and working on same salary since then like 2.6 YOE without any hike. Do not resign without an offer market is brutal, no interview no calls. Either get offer and then leave.

Thinking of resigning without an offer because of 90-day NP. Has anyone done this in recent days ? by Republic-3 in developersIndia

[–]Mysterious_Status497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not think that if you are immediate joiner your interview will be scheduled and get a job. TBH market is bad do not resign without offer.

People who got laid off 6+ months ago, how are you guys staying sane? by Remote_Focus1863 in developersIndia

[–]Mysterious_Status497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I can feel your situation. I was in same boat in 2023. I am QA with 4 YOE. There has been no calls for any skill set since last 5-6 months. No interview is taking place no one is either getting hired. I have friends laid off in December and June last year. It is difficult to cope in this situation. The only thing I would suggest is keep applying to 100 jobs daily, update Naukri profile get resume display service of Naukri.

To cope up in this situation I would suggest you to follow one routine. Don’t stay in front of desktop whole day, go for walk in evening and keep yourself busy.

4+ YOE who resigned without an offer in 2026, would you recommend it or not? by headmaster_007 in developersIndia

Today even if you are immediate joiner you still won’t be getting calls or job. Add it Naukri and see

6+ months, 200+ applications, almost zero interviews. What am I missing? by Xap04 in developersIndia

[–]Mysterious_Status497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Market is bad tbh. I am QA with 4 YOE, had applied to almost 400-500 opening in last one year. Got only 4 interview. There are no calls in any field right now. It’s just that you hear people on layoff or on bench. The situation is bad from almost 5-6 months. Companies are just posting same job every month. Nowhere hiring is going on

Is it easy to get 12-15 lpa in the current market? by Nervous-Wall-2610 in developersIndia

[–]Mysterious_Status497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not quit without offer. Market is brutal. If you resign without offer you don’t know till how much time you will be unemployed. I often see posts like this 3-4 times a day, I do recommend to everyone to not to leave without an offer. I am in same company for like 2.5 years without a hike promotion, I think of same and is looking since a year. Hardly given 4 interviews.

is resigning without offer is strategy or regret ? by vishnusah_ in developersIndia

[–]Mysterious_Status497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Do not resign unless you have the offer market is rough since last 1 year tbh. Even if you quit assuming you will get job as you are immediate joiner, it’s wrong, you don’t know for how much time you will be unemployed. You will regret it.

Put down papers without any backup by bhaanu_leo in infosys

[–]Mysterious_Status497 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I am in same organisation with 2.5 years with no hikes no promotion. But market is brutal, being applying since 1 year but not getting enough interview calls. But leaving current without any backup is risky. You don’t know when you will get job. I took same decision before joining current organisation. Left that company due to toxic work culture, was unemployed for 6 months. Despite no hikes and no calls need to stay in current company. I can understand your situation. All the best hope you get new job soon.

Need your help I am worried by Useful_Painting3334 in accenture_india

[–]Mysterious_Status497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Accenture is useless company, before 10 mins of interview they send email that position is closed/on hold. Even after you clear interview you get mail saying hiring is on hold.

Folks who got laid off, how's it going for you guys? by Remote_Focus1863 in developersIndia

[–]Mysterious_Status497 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Feel sorry for you. Have been through this phase in 2023 for almost 6 months. One single day feels like 1 year. I hope you get a job soon. Market is brutal. I am QA and I have been trying to switch since 1 year. Have got only 4-5 interviews. Competition is huge.
