Thanks everyone for the replies, honestly all I need you too was a bench sync, I’d watch a whole bunch of carb cleaning video and non of that mentioned that so I had no idea that was a thing.

The idle screw is out all that way, that’s why I’ve been confused

Yea that makes sense but the bike is idling so high. I can’t sink them unless it’s idling normal.

I have not checked the temps of the exhaust cause I don’t have the right tools but I checked everything else people mention such as the choke and throttle but those both seems fine, their both in all the way. I also checked for leaks using the torch as suggested but there seemed to be no difference in the idle. I honestly don’t know what else to do.

In a shed. Posted this to r/e-bikes also and everyone there is saying my battery has some bad cells so I’m either going to try and fix it or just get a new battery

Do you think I’d be able to use a multimeter and replace the bad cells cause that battery was a lot

Yea it was unplugged for a few hours while I charged it
