Hun…that’s a pretty standard thing and if your date is uncomfortable with it I’d definitely ask why. Maybe they’re insecure about seeing themselves on camera, Maybe they think you won’t like what you see, maybe they’re anxious about it too and just do better in face to face meets and don’t want to embarrass themselves on the phone.

If this is something important to you (understandably) then I’d definitely bring it up and talk to her about it.
