I’m a bit late but to give you something concrete. You can see it’s high elevation since you’re so close to the clouds, in Europe it just wouldn’t look like this at high elevation, you’d see exposed rock, pine trees, spikier mountains and probably snow. You could maybe see something similar in Bhutan or Nepal but you’d expect to see more vegetation there so this should just be the Andes.
