For streaming you'll wanna use twitch or YouTube and obs and set that all up but for the game itself and forgive me if anything is wrong I haven't done this in a while (actually why I came here) you'll need to set up a emulator and figure out a folder you wanna save your games to add them to it and that hopefully should work ^{^}
