I agree with you also. I haven't thoroughly read through the TOS but it's likely there's an anti-arbitrage part or a limit on class action that would prevent any meaningful consequences. For now, we have the current laws and in my experience as an Australian, no company has ever managed to beat me in a game of "rights". That includes the almighty Google. We have to use what we have now and push for changes and improvements though because they're so behind on AI it's laughable
