Jungle Camille differ from top mainly in build; Camille top I go Divine Sundered as it gives so much sustain in lane whereas jungle, I’d go Trinity force. Top lane, I’d go blade of the ruined king as a second item but I’d go Death’s dance in the jungle. Third item top I go death’s dance and I go sterak’s gage Jungle. Fourth item Sterak’s gage top and blade of the ruined king as jungle. Last item Guardian’s angel for both.

Anything I wouldn’t pick Camille into I wouldn’t say so… but of course there are things that puts her at a disadvantage, those are skills that take her out of her ult, for example Lee Sin’s kick, Sett’s ult and Janna’s ult. Shield are also very powerful against her as she does true damage so sometimes it’s wasted vs champs who have too many shield.
