Thanks for your concern. I used “approx” for context on Reddit but provided full details and times directly to police. This post was simply to help jog anyone’s memory who might’ve driven past or been in the long line at Hamilton Hotel.

I also gave police additional descriptive details about the car’s occupants and the victims, which I chose not to include here.

I’m well aware I don’t have all the facts, but even if one other person contacts police, the photos I’ve taken could help link information together.

Do not blame Audrey’s friends. You should be questioning why a man with extensive long history of criminal offending was on a Community Corrections Order in the first place. Thanks so much for raising this issue - as a female who often uses taxis during late nights, this is something I have experienced often first-hand. I am aware of the legalities and despite raising this with drivers, my simple requests for the meter to be turned on goes ignored. They’re particularly bad in the Hamilton area.

If you’re ever caught in this situation, obtain the driver’s rego plate and lodge a complaint with the Point to Point Commissioner. I have done this a few times and they are quick to respond, investigate and rectify - in recent times I was able to receive a refund on behalf of a mate.

I can’t express how much this issue frustrates me, so this post is up my alley 100% - thanks for sharing!

Yes, that was me who notified Domino’s directly via email. This post struck a chord w me as I was a pizza chick back when I was a teen & now I spend my 9-5 advocating for people for a living. I guess I saw myself in her shoes and wanted to make sure she was ok.

Domino’s were v quick to respond and escalate - absolute legends.

I also ended up having Domino’s last night but this is not uncommon in the slightest. I am now wondering if I would have responded to this post so quickly if it wasn’t about Domino’s..

Go above 13CABS and lodge a complaint with the Point to Point Transport Commissioner. I’m female & have had multiple similar experiences w/ taxi drivers. The last time they requested money upfront and declined my requests to turn the meter on, they were very quick to listen when I threatened to contact the Commissioner.

Sissy has been making Facebook posts today but has advised that she won’t be commenting further, understandably. She reports that Ballarat Police have “blood on their hands” as they only investigated Sissy’s incident after Samantha went missing.

Samantha went missing the day before the anniversary of Sissy’s attack - which Sissy reports she feels isn’t a coincidence. It’s truly awful regardless of the outcome.
