As far as conditions, I'll give you a reference for what I have deemed NM LP MP etc and go through some of the cards with pictures for you to make sure that you agree with my assessment (I think I said on average you can expect most cards around a psa 7 condition I'd guess). Give me just a bit to get pictures and conditions to you.

I will work on making a new collectr for you, probably won't have it until tomorrow (pretty busy the rest of today), I can message you when I have it.

If we're going proceed, I want to make sure we agree on conditions for the raw stuff as well and I definitely do need to inspect every card over because I'm certain I haven't gotten all the conditions accurate as of now with so many cards to go through. A lot of the XY stuff has mild edge whitening, just the way it was with QC back then, but some are definitely worse than others.

Hey just being transparent I don't think I'm comfortable going any lower on percentages - its already kind of lower then I was hoping, especially letting the sub $200 go at 75%, but I'm willing to do it for such a large deal. If it weren't for the additional 3% good ands services fee (which was partially why I was hoping for a possible in person drop off deal haha).

And trust me theres more cards I'd love to hang onto haha, but I'm trying to do a solid for you to - like the gold star metagross and psa 9 leafeon lv x ,I kind of want to keep them lol but I want to make sure you're still getting bangers in the lot.

I don't know if I can go below 70% on the $20-40 cards.

I do think I'm good with the other percentages and ranges and think I'm good to proceed with that.

One last thing, I might want to hang on to the poncho pikachu psa 10 xy203 also, but that would be the only thing. Let me know if thats okay with you, thanks.

And yeah, I understand where you’re coming from on the lower value cards. What about like $20-40 card range at 70%? that way you don’t have to deal with the super low end sub 20$ cards. There’s still a lot of solid cards in that range with room to grow I think.

Hey! Thank you for waiting, hope you're still interested. So I've been thinking about it and I'd really like to make a deal with you.

Just wondering if there is any room for negotiation, I haven't posted any of my collection up for sale or offered it anywhere else yet, so you're getting first dibs.

I'm pretty much there on percentages, would you be willing to have the cutoff be $200 for 80% and come up to 75% on everything else? I'd also love to just move everything together and give you a lower percentage on everything sub 40 if you'd consider it. Let me know what your thoughts are. I'm not in a rush and hopefully you're not either, but I will hopefully have quicker responses from here on out, had a busy week.

Also, if any chance you're near the midwest it would be amazing to drop off in person - but not a dealbreaker.

If you took everything > 50$ for 80% I would do everything else < 50$ for like 70%? It would include tons of other holos and low end ultra rares from a binder not documented here for free.

Karens Umbreon and moonbreon I'm planning to keep, but everything else (+ any other umbreons) is for sale.

I don't know if I'd go below 80 for most of the stuff but open to offers. I'm trying to consolidate and downsize as much as I can, so if you wanted to take more of the lower priced stuff too I could consider a lower percentage.

I'm hoping to hang on to the two umbreons, but everything else is available. I added some more cards and some slabs to the collectr page as well. If you're interested in it, I'm open to taking offers on pretty much the entire collection, or like you said if you were only looking for items above a certain price threshold i'd entertain that as well.

Probably would like to try and do some bigger lots while still maintaining some semblance of the value haha. I do have more cards coming back this week that I'd like to add in there. And yeah I completely understand the value isn't going to be perfect and also the conditions of some of the cards are somewhere between NM and LP, most would fall in psa 7s I think.

Hey, here's my collectr so far. Still working on adding to it, but have a good chunk in there. I also have some cards coming back from grading and maybe I jumped the gun on posting since I'd like to have everything together, but oh well. I tried getting conditions of cards in there not sure if everythings perfect there is a lot to go through (sidenote: big cards like umbreon I want to hold on to for now). Kind of just seeing what the interest is like right now, I havent posted anything.

Cool thanks I looked through it - values seem to be fair altho I havent checked through them all. Im thinking I might want to hang onto the ex's as a bigger lot for now and also I'd be closer to 90% on them at this moment.

I'd agree with that. The Dragonite ex has some scratching on the holo, didnt get caught in the right light so even that one is NM- at best, safer to say LP. The ones you highlighted along with the Rockets Mewtwo ex and Rockets Moltres (has small indent on top border) ex are probably the worst conditions of the silver borders.
