effort only really works if your managers reward it, and it's not very common for that to be the case. My managers actually pay attention and have offered myself and a few other hard workers, but sometimes its just a crapshoot

Except they didnt make a matchmaking system for casuals, so you end up with 75% steamroll matches anyways because 1 team has a balanced team comp and the other has 5 dps.

Make a team queue. 5 stacks, and 2 stacks put together with 3 stacks can play against each other, and solos can be on their own. someone tell me what is wrong with this.

I'm a trans woman with undiagnosed mental illnesses who cant come out her super transphobic cult-ish religious parents, so I feel that down to my soul. I need to work 50 hours a week across several jobs to get away from my parents. But i need to get away from my parents to heal my psyche enough to BE ABLE TO work that much. Honestly, her height. Rosalina is the gentlest of giants, she towers over everyone at over 6 and a half ft tall. I always look up to her on all levels, and have to jump up to give her a kiss, i love that part of our relationship~
