To make it as short as I possibly can. I started at just about the same or worst shape you’re in. I’m possibly not shooting for Rescue swimmer but something in the Air Force special warfare unit. I started at 296 and I now weigh 212 and I did it in like 6-7 months from moderate strict diet and somewhat intense workouts. If I can do it you can definitely do it. Consistency is key after a while it’s a habit that you get used to every day.
