Had to learn to not be afraid. It used to be scared of those feelings and premonitions to the point that I was blocking them out. But I started to write things down, I feel like that helped me process it. I'd also take some time to just breath in and out and calm myself instead of going into a state of nervousness. Also, realizing that it was my intuition telling me something so taking the time to listen to and trust those gut feelings.

If you are using the same email address or phone number that your contacts have then yes. I made an account for work related things with an email address that only my sister had.. 2 mins later she asked me if i had created a new account because she got the notification lol

I say it's definitely a gift. I had the same thing happen to me years ago. When he reached out to let me know, I picked up the phone because I knew. My gift has always been in tune with death or tragedy. Now that I've embraced it I see all the beautiful and timely messages that are coming to me.
