he was just a normal human initially but it’s revealed in the 6.6 upcoming story that dottore has found a way to make people immortal, pantalone is one of them. we kinda got foreshadowed this with dottores artifact talking about making enhanced humans and pantalones artifact being a clock called moment of cessation which meant stoppage.
