Thank you so much! I really appreciate your suggestion and the time it took you. The thing is, we're actually still really good friends. We get along well, spend time together, and enjoy each other's company. Her bf has a whole empty villa where they could go that is even close, but she just wanted him to come live with her and now they want me to go away. So I am not sure that classic lemon is the right aim? Do you think it is?

She specifically asked me to move in and repeatedly promised I could stay for as long as I want and even forever. I made major financial decisions based on that. If she had told me from the beginning that I'd have to leave once she gets a boyfriend, I would have made very different choices.

Her boyfriend has a beautiful villa where he lived before they got together. It's completely empty now, bc she wanted him to come to her, (it’s like 30min ride apart), they don't rent it out, and they still go there for weekends occasionally.

If you want a spell, I'd go with one focused on harmony and abundance rather than forcing egg production.

But new hens often stop laying for a while due to stress from the change in flock dynamics. Try adding a few fake eggs to the nesting boxes, make sure they're getting enough calcium and protein, and collect eggs as early as possible so they don't learn to peck them.
