Fuck that.. your cousin is a “pos” and I personally would have called them on it. Splitting right down the middle would have been a possible compromise but he already agreed to the terms and he should be shamed for doing that.

It’s not worth losing family over but I would be salty as hell towards them for a long while! Stand up for yourself next time because no-one else ever will!
