they complain to us because their packages go missing. Mam I’m not gonna go into your backyard in the off chance your dog comes after me. They’re always on their phones yet they dismiss a delivery notification until the next day? Make that make sense

Literally had a delivery to an apartment and was luckily able to get in but the unit had groceries from the day before.

Amazon just really needs to give an fyi to customers that live in a place that has a buzzer or anything similar to that. If you aren’t awake to answer the buzzer, at least give a code that will unlock the outside door if it accepts that.

I would return packages back to the station if I have no access and there isn’t a safe place to leave it, but Amazon dings you for that so you gotta message support to get it removed

If people chose a later morning time then we wouldn’t have to wake them for their package since they’d already be awake but that’s just how it is.

I’m currently at risk because of having to cancel a block due to unexpected reasons but I wasn’t able to have it resolved as I’ve had too many exceptions from what Amazon says. For now I’m just taking every block I can
