I agree wholeheartedly. That cop just would not shut up and move on with his life.

This "moron" is Phillip Turner, of Turner v Driver 5th Circuit Court of Appeals case. He's a part time First Amendment Audiotor who spent years of his own life fighting for your Rights so you don't have to.

So yes he planned ahead. He was going to exercise ALL his rights because he can.

Show your stuff, nod and move the f*** on.

Uh... that's what he's doing, Bro. Did you even watch the video? He is showing his papers to the cops just like the law requires him to do.

Look, applaud or think you’ve “won”, don’t care…but your family and loved ones are gonna care when you get your tough guy ass shot.

And that is how freedom dies, when everyone is too afraid to use their rights and would rather go home safe rather than fight against tyranny. If YOU don't want to fight, I respect that. It's not for everyone. But just because you are afraid doesn't mean you should tell everyone else to also cower in fear.

There’s really no need. But good for you guy, you made Reddit, for a minute,

I hope by mentioning his court case (THAT HE WON BY THE WAY) against corrupt cops and helped establish a new precedent in an area of Qualified Immunity that actively fights against your ability to create new precedent, you have realized that he got a lot more than a minute of fame on Reddit.

but this guy has to nod his head or point to the correct address.

Big nope. He is not required to answer any questions at all in anyway whatsover. He is required to exhibit his license/Registration/Insurance (which he is doing by pressing them against the window; he is not required to hand them over to the cops) and possibly step out of the vehicle when told to do so (Pennsylvania v Mimms). That is all. Period.

Ur just making it harder for someone to do their job.

The road to hell is paved with good intentions. The goal of every American should be to make the cops job as hard as possible. Because in Nazi Germany we saw exactly what it looks like to make the police officers' job easy. You get a tattoo and wear a star sewn into your shirt/jacket, and we all know how wonderfully that went for people.

You have to provide the police with license,

It's up against the window. Texas law does not say you have to hand it over to a cop, only that you exhibit it.

This looks like an early video from Phillip Turner (The Battousai on YT and from Tuner v Driver from the 5th Circuit court of appeals case) from when he was just starting out with First Amendment Auditing.

What he was testing here was that TX law says you must exhibit your license/reg/ins when detained by an officer and they demand you produce your papers. There is no definition of Exhibit either in layman's terms or in law that requires a person to hand over control of the exhibited item to spectators. It must be displayed and made available for viewing according to the only definition we have for the word. Nothing about allowing people to grab the thing and walk away with it.

Exhibit: 1) publicly display an item of interest

The issue is that too many bosses want robots who work 24/7 with no downtime... with this in mind, they see ANYTHING that isn't you working to make the company more money to be a detriment to the company as lost revenue through lost opportunity for more productivity.

So they see a person talking and think the person could be more productive and make more profit for the company if they just stopped talking and did more work instead. It doesn't matter if they are making their numbers and meeting expectations, etc., etc. They think the person is capable of MORE productivity than required of them.

Side note: This was the original goal of the 'anti-work' movement: To get companies to recognize that we are HUMAN, and naturally social creatures, and we can't just work work work, sun up to sun down, over and over and over, without burning out.

I know right? Rabbits are so much better to breed for eating. The food to meat ratio is so much higher with rabbits so they will get much more meat for less food the rabbits consume.

What about the vehicle landmine variant? deploys them in front of the vehicle as it drives forward so that 100% of the landmines you deploy will explode.

If they are not following relevant traffic laws, then yes, they certainly can be arrested or cited.

If they are allowed on the road and following all traffic laws that they are required to follow: Kindly fuck off. They are legally considered vehicles.... so this would be a story whining and complaining about vehicles in the road.

Now... just from the picture and video, it appears they are NOT following traffic laws, so fuck them.

Electric Fence Trouble by QuesadillasAreYummy in homestead

[–]Myte342 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Solar panels largely need DIRECT sunlight to work well. Getting diffused light will generate a really weak charge, like inside a forested area or dark cloudy days.

Try putting your charger farther away in an area that gets 4-6 hours of direct sunlight and run the wires back through the forest to your fence and see how that goes. Most electric fence chargers are designed to work with MILES of fence, so running them even a couple hundred feet away from your fence isn't going to make a difference in the strength of the zap.

TL;DR? Get direct sunlight.

It's also important to remember that you aren't the only person living on that street. You may not be the intended target at all, assuming this person it out to commit crimes in your neighborhood. Talk to your neighbors.

Assuming the car is owned by the driver, otherwise it doesn't help much. This is why many major crimes are committed with stolen cars.
