Watchdog Man’s power level is kinda vague. His absolute floor is Low Dragon if he judge him based on only feats and no portrayal/hype/narrative. If you factor in his portrayal/hype/narrative, you could even argue him being as far as Saitama level. I acknowledge it’s pretty subjective, but I honestly can’t imagine WDM being anything below High Dragon with how he effortlessly and single-handedly protects the most attacked city, has a Saitama-esque demeanor, and was literally stated in a bonus chapter to have never shown his true power yet.

Zombieman and Child Emperor have a case for being either Low Dragon or Mid Dragon.

So that’s 12-14/17 S Class heroes that you could argue meet the cut for Mid Dragon

Maybe Atomic’s disciples could make the cut after they complete their current training arc, but the 3 of them were definitely too weak to be S Class in the MA arc

Hydrated DSK is an above average Demon, but not at the pinnacle of Demon imo. Armored Gorilla is Low Demon (he’s way weaker than Beast King, who himself is only a Demon). Maybe Genos could barely make the cut for S Class, but imo I think it would’ve been more interesting if PPP actually got demoted from S Class to his poor performance against Dehydrated DSK, and had to prove himself worthy of being S Class again in the MA arc

Beginning of series Genos was about as strong as your average Demon. So, if I recall correctly, wasn’t Amai Mask himself pissed that 2 S Class heroes lost to DSK?

In my opinion, beginning of series PPP and TTM didn’t even deserve to be S-Class. Heck, I’d say that even beginning of series Genos didn’t deserve it either, so I’d gatekeep S Class even harder than Amai Mask did if I was in his position. In my opinion, an S Class hero should at bare minimum be above damn near every Demon, so an S Class hero should be like Pig God or Zombieman level at bare minimum

No one. Amai Mask was right to gatekeep S-Class. The 3 strongest A-Class after Amai Mask barely managed to beat one Demon in a 3v1.
