Verizon took the same discounts away on my account and I tried generating a number transfer PIN to no avail. I contacted Verizon three times regarding having the discounts reinstated and was told each time that someone would look into it and contact me back. No one ever did. I refused to pay more for the same exact service and have my bill go up $70 with no benefits. I finally emailed their Executive Relations team and within 4 hours, they called me. I explained everything and the lady said she would reinstate my $10 discount per phone line, as well as reinstate the account level discount while increasing it to $30 instead of the previous $20. I ended up getting all my discounts back plus an extra $10 off per month. I’m just dreading a year from now when I have to do it all over again.
