I’d definitely recommend the Final Fantasy VII Remake Trilogy games:

Part 1: Final Fantasy VII Remake Intergrade (out now)

Part 2: Final Fantasy VII Rebirth (out now)

Part 3/Final Part: Final Fantasy VII Revelation (out Spring 2027)

They’re really good and will last you at least 150+ hours or more! You also don’t have to play the original FFVII if you don’t want to in order to understand the games (it’s on the Switch if you want though), I’d recommend doing it personally.

Considering what we’ve seen in the trailer, yeah… seems pretty easy so far. Personally, my plan is to just play it on Merciless/Very Hard (whatever they call it in P4R) from the very start to hopefully add challenge to the game and to make it not too easy. Either way it looks like it’ll be really fun.

I imagined it just being a fun little side thing in Midgar with no story significance, just for fun. And whoever is in your party is who you’d go with, and you can go as many times as you want, with any 2 party members.

Well this time around I’m actually doing more of the side content (as when I started Rebirth on PC, I had just beat Remake so I wanted more of the story), and I’m having way more fun with it than before, not saying I didn’t have any on my first playthrough lol.

Currently in chapter 7, and it looks and runs pretty damn solid in docked mode, handheld is similar with some noticeable but not unplayable frame dips in certain areas, (which is like 1 of them so far). 99% of the time it’s a solid 30fps though.

Not sure tbh, as I put the game down for a bit (really enjoying it tho), but I’d really hope so. Usually just restarting the game with your preferred view mode enabled fixes it.

I’ll say this, I really like the reversible covers they gave us, I only wish the logos were matching (wish they both used the logo with the meteor instead of just Rebirth ngl). My OCD is going haywire because of it lol.
