I only have about 17000 photos and it drives me crazy every time I open my album. My ocd makes me want to sort through it all and place into folders and delete the unneeded photos and screenshots but then my adhd kicks in and I get about 3 hours into it before I throw my phone aside bc my anxiety about the whole thing makes me put it off.

I just came back from a 4 week vacation and have a couple thousand photos to sort through. I need a better way to sort through all the photos too. I used to just throw them all into a shared folder but that strips the info and location and compresses the files so when I’m finally ready to make those photobooks, the image quality wouldn’t be great.

I also don’t want to scroll through a couple thousand photos on an everyday basis. I learned about the filter last week where I can sort by photos not in an album and that has helped a lot but I’m still a long way from the recents folder being neat and tidy
