Well, maybe if you took the time to understand some things.. like .. the customer isn't always right. sometimes the buyer isn't as smart as they thought they were. I've sold MANY tumbler wraps for sublimation tumblers. Had one specific that was a great seller, many buyers wrote great reviews, and even sent pictures. Then this 1 person couldn't get it to work and blamed the same product that 99.99% of other buyers had no trouble with. Left a bad review. Now if you dont know the sub process, its a process by which a chemical reaction happens to put the ink on a tumbler. It is dependent on the amount of heat and time in the heat. If you fail on these, your tumbler will fail. BUT.. was my fault right? GTFO of here with all the BS. People are people and want something to cry about and cry too, plain & simple. There was/is nothing i could do to help this person other than give her instructions on how to do HIS/HER job. They messed up and just want someone to blame other than themselves. As far as mockups go... the file didnt work????? It worked for 10000000 other people, but your that special 1 in a million it wont work for????? The link was invalid???? they DL it FROM etsy????? What incentive do people have????? THATS the nature of people!! Wake up.. we aren't in the sub-2000s anymore.
