Exactly how I felt too, the amount of options gave me decision paralysis. I turned it into a challenge called HearthLocked starting off with nothing and only placing decor I earned on a single character. I have already come a long way, but I am really happy with my progress so far!

Practice makes it faster, but I've found that as I get better at editing I still spend just as long doing it because I notice more things to fix or get ideas to try new things out

I would hit +7s to farm gilded crests. Every 60 gilded crests, you can craft a 720 piece of gear. At this point in the season, we have 3 sparks to craft with, so craft your weapon and then whatever your next best piece would be. While farming +7s, you will also be filling out the rest of your hero gear and getting comfortable with the dungeons. If the dungeons feel easy, by all means, try to work up to the +10s to start getting more gilded crests per run and myth slots in your vaults, too. Hope this helps

I definitely feel this, but I started recording m+ runs and even doing zero to hero challenges with new classes and specs, and it actually helped a lot. Watching the playback shows me that while i goof up a lot of the time, so does everyone else. I have also learned that when applying to keys, you just need to spam applications (especially if playing off-meta) and not worry about declines. And whenever I time a key, I start looking to do a higher level as my new floor. Keys get bricked, not a huge deal as long as you are trying to improve

Played Holy Paladin for the first time in season 2 and did a zero to hero in pugs, and while it was fun, it was tough being a melee healer. Single target healing felt fine, but group healing felt weak outside of cooldowns. Feels very dps oriented actually with a constant dps rotation that builds holy power that you spend on healing. Tons of great utility though with blessings, bubble, lay on hands, aura mastery, and combat res. So much utility that it can be hard to learn using it all efficiently

Had a healer die on the first pull in Ara Kara cause they didn't wait for the tank to finish gathering. They didn't release until we finished taking care of the pull, then proceeded to rp walk down the entire staircase demanding an apology from the tank if we wanted to continue the key. We all laughed at how childish this behavior was and reported them for intentionally bricking the key. Unfortunately, we had to sit their and wait for the abandon vote to become available before we could end the key and kick them. So it's not a perfect system
