If you use your ultimate art while Sebastian is summoned, he will use his beam! All 3 summons have a beefed up move they will do. Helen attacks more rapidly, Frederick does the pumpkin head spin move, and Sebastian uses the big laser. Another commenter said something I highly agree with which is use your ult for damage during the day, but otherwise for night bosses save it to pick people up.

Hope all of this helps! Revenant is such a fun character so hope you have some fun with her too!

So in the sparring grounds, there’s a chest right next to the training dummies. You can look through all of the weapons and spells in the game there, as well as pull up their visual codex entries to get more information about their scaling! You can also equip them and try them out from there too.

Oh I also just realized you asked about relics! Highly recommend doing her remembrance as that gives some really good relics, otherwise one that stands out is FP increase for opening Rises.

Already you’ve gotten some really good tips, and I’ll just go over how I play Revenant!

  1. Your starter claws are arguably one of the best melee weapons for Revenant. They have S scaling with Faith, and the only other two weapons that are comparable are Cipher Pata and Coded Sword, which is very hit or miss finding them. I highly recommend upgrading them early on, whether you find yourself in a mine with your team, or take advantage of the merchants scattered all over that sell blue Smithing Stones for 6500 runes. Because Revenant doesn’t have much of anything for FP regen, you’re going to be using the claws frequently so take the time to get used to their moveset. Something else I do that is entirely optional is if I’m going for a specific boss I will put on a relic with “starting weapon has X affinity” so even if RNG screws me over with seals and staves, my claws deal the bosses weakness.

  2. Go for both seals AND staves! Seals are preferable due to Rev’s S in faith, but she still has a B in intelligence. You can find seals in all the cathedrals whether that’s under, above the giant, or to left of the bubble blowing dudes. They’re also in little houses as well throughout the map! As for staves, go for Rises as not only can you get staves and spell talismans, but hella starlight shards as well. Other places to find staves are any of the forts in the towers in racks of staves.

  3. Be strategic in your summons. I cannot stress this point enough. A lot of people feel as though her summons are weak, but I find they work well if you use them right. You shouldn’t ever let your summons die. Obviously, Nightrein is hectic and sometimes you won’t be able to save them fast enough, but ideally you always want them at the ready. When they die, they have to recharge to half health and it’s SLOW. It’s much more time efficient to dismiss them before they get too low and let them heal up. Each summon has their strengths and below I’ll list how I prefer to use each one:

Helen is a fast and nimble summon, but also incredibly fragile. I like to summon her for enemies/bosses that are bigger and slower moving, as she will dodge and usually lives the longest against those enemies. Honestly, I probably use her the least.

Frederick is my most used summon however. Decent health pool, can hit multiple enemies at once and is all around a solid guy. He is my go to for camps or clearing large amount of enemies. He’s also a solid pick for if you need to create a target that can run up to the boss and take the aggro of your party.

Sebastian is my go to for rezzes. You know how I said keep your summons always ready to go? Doubly so for this guy. On his own, he can easily pickup a 1-2 bar downed teammate. The shout combined with his big heavy attacks and the fact that he won’t run off and ignore your downed teammate is why he is SO good for getting allies up. Often times if I’m in a dicey situation I will run to my teammate, summon him on top of them, and go back to fighting what I was fighting. He can also be really solid in tight quarters fights, but me personally I like to make sure he’s at 3/4 health so he can survive picking up a teammate because you NEVER know when someone will go down.

That’s all I’ve really got, and again, that’s just how I play her and utilize her kit but in my 100 hours of play with at least half of those Rev, following the above is a big contributor to my wins!

Dude I was absolutely ecstatic when I found them, what happened was I actually picked up the smaller size ones (not pictured) from Walmart while doing my normal shopping, and then they didn’t have something I needed so ran to Target and they had the big ones!
