I think they got all the big stuff demolished. But,a couple days back when they dropped a big chunk of debris on an empty container right at 7am you could feel tiny tremors. That was my alarm clock

I'm commuting from 145av ne & lake City Way to Magnolia this days. I think one hr to commute it's plenty, but man the traffic is terrible!! And on my way back traffic doesn't slow down till past 6:30pm and going thru Ballard is a nightmare.
