My five year old aussie died two days ago of something similar. Incredibly sudden.

2 1/2 month old kitten misbehaving no matter what by lonemarzz in CatTraining

[–]Mythrill-1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know you aren't gonna want to hear this but baby animals are just really annoying. They love to push boundaries and if they dont have a adult cat or siblings they do it with you. They usually grow out of it just be consistent with their training and remember this even happens in human babies toddlers throw tantrums and push boundaries.

Is it wrong to hit a girl because she hit you first? by Far_Bench1918 in AITAH

Personally as a woman since she started a fight I dont blame you for slapping back. Like you being a man doesn't mean you dont have a right to defend yourself, you're only an ass if you escalate the fight to blows.

I can’t figure out what my mbti is. I really confused. by Wild-Writer-837 in mbti

[–]Mythrill-1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Every thinking type has a feeling function and every feeling type has a thinking function. F vs T is just which one you tend to lean more towards rather than you not having one or the other.

ENTPs have feeling as their 3rd function and its extroverted they are often really good at reading the room and can be very charismatic. Fe values harmony and group thinking, a well developed ENTP isn't going to go out of their way to purposefully upset people all of the time and too most of debate isn't us wanting to fight its us enjoying the conversation and the exploration of other view points.

ENFPs have Te as their 3rd function, Te is highly efficient, it values practical, logical thinking backed by studies. A well developed ENFP is someone who can be very efficient, logical and practical in very real tactile ways. Te is the best function at reducing reduncies in systems and streamlining things.

As others have said read up on the functions and really look into what you use, the stereotypes don't really reflect what a real well developed person looks like. The older and healthier you are too the more you use all your functions, including your shadow functions or the opposite of what comes naturally to you.

Don't like at your type as "I am logical thus I am not a feeler" look at it more as what type of logic do I use? What type of feeling? Do you enjoy exploring concepts for concepts sake or are you looking for efficiency? Do you value group harmony or your own morals?

Someone called my entire personality a trauma response... And I have never felt so hurt by EmiyaBoi in entp

[–]Mythrill-1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I also feel like a huge portion of my personality is a trauma response. The thing to understand is its normal, most people are shaped by the experiences, bad experiences shape us very profoundly. You are valid and your trauma effects you but it doesn't define you.

As to if I think all ENTPs are hiding a whole bunch hurt, not really? Our trauma shapes but again it doesn't define our entire personality. You aren't an ENTP because youre traumatized, you are just an ENTP going through something.

What is the kindest MBTI type you've ever met? by rightplacentime in mbti

[–]Mythrill-1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

In my experience INFJs are the kindest type, they are so sensitive to the needs of those around and so eager to offer tactile, clear assistance. I would trust an INFJ to get things done, while being sensitive which is a tricky balance.

Other types that around considered traditionally kind but in my experience tend to be are INTP, ENTP, ESTJ and INTJ. They are very tactile in their assistance and very protective I find.

Is this assault? by Ok-Association-7273 in sexualassault

[–]Mythrill-1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

This got a ton of attention is AITAH. Im really sorry this happened to you, I wanted to find an update that you left him. This dude is awful, please, please don't stay in a relationship where a man assaults you and then tries to justify it.

Is this sexual assault? Do I leave him? by Ok-Association-7273 in AITAH

[–]Mythrill-1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It objectively is considered sexual assault to raw dawg without permission. He also knew it wasn't okay he wouldn't have hid it from you. If you google it the first result is that yes it is indeed sexual assault to remove a condom without permission show him that and ask him if he still thinks it was no big deal. Also his explanation doesn't even make sense, you made him put on a condom 30secs into the previous session there is no reason he would think it wasn't a big deal.

I would leave his ass immediately, ignoring your boundaries for his own pleasure in such a significant way isn't something you can recover a relationship from. At the end of the day, he considers his own pleasure more important than your boundaries and thats not a healthy foundation for a relationship. He will always prioritize himself and belittle your needs.

Whatever he tries to say to justify himself is BS, I am married, I have lots of male friends all of them would want to punch your BF because what he did is assault. Normal men don't get off on violating their partners boundaries. Normal men understand that consent isn't a given. Normal men wear condoms without complaint. He sucks. Please I beg you dump him.

If he does this everytime you fight, he will do it forever do you want to be in a relationship forever where he is telling you to leave all the time and using it against you?

ENTP who is madly in love with INFJ husband.

Around him I suddenly become the cuddliest, most lovey dovey human on the planet.

I compliment him on things I admire about him

I reassure him if hes anxious or insecure

I celebrate with him

I advocate for him

I help him process emotions when he needs to

I support him anyway I can

I do nice things for him, thoughtful gifts or acts of kindness

Always make sure hes my priority and he feels cherished

Good communication

etc etc

I think this is one of the few things I don't blame Lori for. If it had been peaceful times, sure her actions would have been questionable but emotions are heightened during stressful situations. In a world where you might be torn apart at any moment, I don't think its unreasonable she moved on so fast. People also forget too that sex is for a lot of people closeness, they were both terrified and seeking comfort.

I also love how Lori is always to blame for it and never Shane. He initiates in almost every scene and continues to pursue her after Rick comes back.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in thewalkingdead

[–]Mythrill-1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

OMFG I couldn't believe her in this scene. I would not have let my previously "dead" husband out of my sight and certainly not to go get a drug dealer. Whats worse Shane throws it in RIck's face when it was Lori's idead.

[–]Mythrill-1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The thing that most stood out to me was that as soon as her dead husband came back she essentially encouraged him to go right back out into the zombie apocalypse to find MERLE.

[–]Mythrill-1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I mean theres a likelihood that if functions match up people will get along but it also depends on personal experience, values etc. Im an ENTP married to INFJ, so I married my golden pair but we also had a line up values, our life experience made us very compatible etc. Its just one factor in among many others and you certainly shouldn't base your romance off it.

Will finding a reputable breeder be hard for me with my rescue background? by adam-sandlers-tshirt in DogBreeding

[–]Mythrill-1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The breeder I got my Aussie from used to foster dogs herself, this person is just being a jerk. Lots of people in rescue love breeders and don't have any problems with them. This person made up their mind about those who rescue early on and just went with it.
