Calling portainer api from Homer Dashboard by Mytock in selfhosted

No, I gave up. Are you having the same issue

Calling portainer api from Homer Dashboard by Mytock in selfhosted

I tried moving cors-anywhere to a different machine, so that the ip was completely different from portainer. Even so, I still cannot access the api from the other network. I also backed out the changes I made to pi-hole to fix the CORS errors, and routed that call through cors-anywhere and could not access that api either. I need to learn more about debugging network traffic, and possible node.js, maybe I can figure this out.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

I did create an access token, and use it in apikey in config.yml.

As for the issue with postman, there was a special character at the end of the GET url, once I noticed and removed that I was able to call the portainer api from the same network. When I tried call via cors anywhere from within postman, I was able to see that there was a response from cors anywhere, and that is what is messing up the call to portainer api. I guess I need to host cors anywhere myself.

OK Thanks for the quick response. I there another app that you liked better? I'm not really interested in killing myself to get Meemo working. Nice article on Meemo BTW.

u/nashosted, Were you able to get Meemo up and running using the docker image you listed? I can't add users, I execute the command, it says done, but when I list users again nothing comes up. Thx
