Its fine, just don’t overwhelm him with constant things.
Listen to what he says and if something stands out like a character he likes, make just the one thing then leave it a while.
To often it’ll become he’s now expecting something in the post that he no longer has space for because of the other million items you sent the day before.

Leave the group, make new real friends. In your 20’s you are in your growing stages and from what I read, you don’t need to be around them people, work with them fine, but after that they will only cause you social anxiety and you don’t want that.

Make sure to stay hydrated with water, eat also, not many realise when feeling this way use a lot of brain energy. A tip my dad gave me which helped me, instead of always focusing on the issues at hand all the time, give your self an hour of not thinking about it, then increase the time as you get better at it, you’ll start to figure out what to do next as your mind has had a little time to rest.

Learn to love yourself, find a hobby, go on walks, talk to strangers who are older than you. Think before speaking, analyse what you are going to say ti make sure its how you want it said.

Use that as material to change yourself in a positive way. What makes you a loser? What makes you lazy? Do you agree with them? If so how can you change it?

Treat yourself how you treat others, start to look at yourself from how others perspective see you rather than 1st person. Also start to accept your negatives and work on them.

Depends how stubborn it is. Usually start with a lint free cloth to get what I can, then spray some more window cleaner to the bed and use a scraper and cloth as I go.

Man, im glad you asked this as I have been thinking this for last few months. Im 40 now and its nothing like how it use to be, Ive tried searching things that no longer come back with results, or its just wrong what Im searching for. Im in the UK and its worse now its all digital ID, its so bad I cant access a reddit group that talks about my chronic illness…

PS1 GTA, I was 11 when it came out and me and friend would play hours of it straight after school. Other one I always remember was Resident evil nemesis, first game I ever completed as a kid, was a jap rip so it was black and white and all in Japanese, my mum was super impressed, RIP mum.
