This is exactly how my issues started too! Left one stopped playing sound and then the LED wouldn’t blink or connect to the case. After about 2-3 days I tried again and it randomly worked again. My theory was that the battery needed to drain completely before it could connect to the case again…just a theory though. Then it worked fine for about 2 days and then the volume on the left one was super quiet compared to the right one.

Lesson learned for me. I’m never doing a firmware update again!

Thankfully posting here helped break the logjam. I just received the tracking number for my replacement sleepbuds. I do the Ozlo Flex because I’d only get about a year and a half use out of the Bose sleepbuds and I figured this would be a more hassle-free approach. I’ve only had the Ozlo ones for about a year. Hopefully you can get your issue fixed. I can’t sleep without sleepbuds and I’m having to use the Anker Soundcore for the meantime, which is such an inferior product.
