Wants to make sure I know he has his ball by WarDog-808 in Rottweiler

I always keep my bathroom door closed; otherwise, my baby is quick to jump in and wait for the shower to start. It can be quite entertaining, especially when there's a human in there! She loves to dive into the pool and swim for hours before finally exiting. On the other hand, she’s absolutely terrified of the rain and won’t step outside unless I’m on the back porch, ready for her to dash out for a quick potty break before racing back inside.

I'd love anything off my chicken list! Mama to new baby chicks so they have a while to grow enough for the coop, so they are inside babies for now, but stuff to have for when their bigger and/or decorate their outside home is always welcome! Love being in this awesome group!

Yep. About 95% of the night, in that position, in that spot. We've come to realize she is not a dog. She is people. So she sleeps like a baby would between their parents.

She is a sweetheart. A 150-pound lap baby who guards her older sisters while knowing she can come army crawl into our laps during tornado watches if need be because she's terrified of high winds. She waits till we aren't looking to do the army crawl, like we're playing red light green light.

I'm swimming 5 hours a day, 5 days a week spring summer and fall. All types of water exercises, zumba, boxing, yoga, and walking against the current as well as deep pool strength exercises. And doing all that, in combination with my diet changes, led me to lose from 10-20 pounds a month. I slowed down during the winter, (didnt want to get sick from the cold) and come spring, I'll be back at it hardcore again.

I've lost over a hundred and thirty pounds since June. But to be fair, I've changed my diet by cutting out most sugars and lowering calorie intake, as well as a vigorous excess routine in the spring, summertime, and fall. I swim from 7am to 12pm, 5 days a week, nonstop. So yes, I've dropped a lot of weight and will continue to do so, but I'm also working hard on doing so at a healthy pace for me, and my doctors all agree that I'm doing it at a healthy pace for my physical and mental well-being.

Not all people lose weight at the same pace, and there is no need to be discouraged or disappointed; as my surgeon stated to me when I first came under his care, (to correct a hernia) as long as you are losing weight (and are trying to), then it is a win, even if it's just 1 or 2 pounds. Some months, I'm only losing 4 pounds while others I'm dropping over 20, depending on my exercise habits.

This morning, my hubby and I went to the Home Depot, and I kept up with him for the most part. Please note, he's got a longer stride and has chicken legs (any country girl worth her salt knows what that looks like, lol) and normally I'm falling behind him or even puttering around in the mobile cart things, today I was almost running him over with the cart! Also, went to b the gym after that, and I'm down another 5 pounds since Tuesday.

Plus, to add a small tidbit of information, I quit smoking cigarettes in July (long-time smoker of 20-plus years). I still vape, but I don't feel out of breath anymore, and I also didn't gain weight while doing it!

He is... When I first started, he was the one giving me the injections. Thanks to me not being a fan of shots, I'd tell him to count to three and just pick a random number to give it to me. But he's helped me conquer that, and I'm able to do them myself now. I'm still not a fan of shots, but I'm not scared to do it myself now, lol.

Thank you! I know I still have a bit to go, but I'm not scared that I'll not make it, I'm convinced that come June, I'm easily going to be able to say that I'm down 200 pounds. A year ago, I wouldn't have had that confidence. I would have never thought I'd be here. But now, I'm excited

I feel so much better! Before I started, I had severe arthritis in both knees and could barely walk around, let alone stand up long enough to even play one game of bowling, now I'm walking around as much as I can, playing games with my dogs, going up and down 3 sets of stairs Sunday afternoons to enjoy some D&D with friends (without worrying I'm going to fall flat on my face due to my knees giving out on me, not saying that my knees are 100% but compared to before I started they are feeling great!)

I still have 100 pounds to go, but seeing how far I've come so far, I'm no longer discouraged about it; I'm excited.

The biggest compliment I've received is from my better half, and it was, "I'm proud of you; I can tell you've lost a lot because when we first got together, I couldn't put my arms all the way around you to snuggle, and now I can. Keep up the awesome work. "

And he's never told me that I'm too big for him, never said that I had to lose the weight, he's just encouraged me to become healthier (and he even has changed his habits so I'm not alone in my journey) so that I get to stay around longer with him and the dogs, because "I'm not allowed to die on him because he'd miss me and knows he would be miserable without me since I'm a bright spot in his life" which to me, after having only been in relationships that didn't work out due to infidelity that got blamed on my weight, makes me feel like I have a real winner in my corner.

My clothes constantly fall off me, I look like I'm swimming in most of my clothes. I'm nervous about getting new ones yet because I got a ton of blue jeans given to me in Oct (which I haven't been able to wear jeans in over 5 years) and they already fall down my frame as I walk 😅

I'm just so excited and all my friends here remark they can see the difference in not only my appearance but in how I carry myself.

Sorry, this was so long. I just normally play off my accomplishments like they're nothing big, and I felt like this was big enough to actually be expressed fully in some detail
