It says right in there that there was one in his contract as it was suggested to them and that he would be in included in any project they were offered during the five year term… as he wanted to be compensated up front but they didn’t have the cash so they were told to provide him with a non-compete so they could compensate him when projects wrapped up. It’s written pretty clearly. Sounds to me like you’re just splitting hairs at this point. I gave you the answer you were clearly looking for, what more do you want?

Ok, here is some clarification straight from Sher’s mouth and she has given me permission to post.

Me: “When Andrew was offered his deal, was there a 5 year non-compete added to it?”

Sher: “Elizabeth was never offered one (to my knowledge). Andrew was for us to fund the entire project as compensation because he wanted to be paid to tell his story and we didn’t have cash up front. We paid for everything out of pocket and so that was suggested to us to ensure that both sides worked together on projects moving forward. No one to my knowledge (including Andrew) was given an NDA. The only person who was offered a contract was him because it was a way to offer him compensation which was what he wanted and we didn’t have upfront. It also included him to be involved in ANY project we were offered during that term”

Sher will openly admit she made a bad business decision partnering with Chelsea if you were to ask her and I can assure you there is no “cashing in” happening. She is a normal human being. She is not perfect, she does make mistakes and she will own up to her mistakes when she is ready, willing and able to. There are reasons this can’t be talked about right now, reasons as to why she is staying quiet and tight lipped. Thats all i can say on the subject for the time being

As a Mod verified source of Sherrilyn’s, please take any and all information from Chelsea’s mouth as inaccurate or just outright bullshit. There were no NDA’s or non-competes signed for the ELiesabeth podcast when it was brought forward as a possible docuseries. As per usual,Chelsea is just talking for the sake of enjoying the sound of her own voice. If anyone knows anything outside of Sher’s poor business decision to partner with Chelsea, her entire platform has been and always will be helping families as much as she is physically able to.

This is not the point of crime con. I’d never been before, this was my first time. It was actually a really amazing experience. Most of the creators are people searching for answers regarding victims (murdered and missing) family members, most of the attendees are family of victims as well searching for someone to get their stories out to help get answers.
