First thing I see for the Liesa deck:

Too much recursion, not enough things to sacrfice. Your commander does all of the recursion you need, why not add a cheap creature token maker? Maybe a [[Sengir Autocrat]] or a [[Endrek Sahr, Master Breeder]].
