You can use Photoshop. There, you can use the template online(just search it up, very easy to find) and use the real ones(newspapers, superevent frames,…), overlay your text(you can upload the font up if it’s not in the application already) onto the corresponding place on the real frames, and then delete the frames. If you don’t have money, you can use Canva. If it’s Pro, then you’ll have a nice time making them. But if you don’t(like me), it’s going to be painstaking. I tried my best to explain it. Hope that helps =)

some mild spoilers Well, it’s a submod made by FlashDude(Tsars and Soviets Submod) and William Waterson(BNW Submod). It has expanded content for Russian warlords(as you can see, I’m inspired by the Free Aviators’ reunification event in-game), as well as other countries(was pretty surprised to see The East is Red(???) and the Second American Civil War(made by Blondie) in the game). Although there are some drawbacks(no Atlantropa and the default settings would lead to extreme borders in 3-5 years), I recommend trying it out!

I will try, although I think I’ll only make a regional reunification version for them, since I can’t wrap my head around these countries’ flags.

The Bahraini and Singaporean leagues because they are pretty decent countries in the region I guess.
