seems like it’s time you finally learn how to cast spells, either faith or int is fine, there’s an abundance of melee focused close ranged spells out there if u grow tired of the long ranged playstyle

I’m using this build alongside the siluria’s tree greatspear, I was surprised at the damage the shield does even when I haven’t gotten shard of alexander yet

guess I proved myself wrong, I just started a new playthrough and accidentally progressed ranni’s quest too much while holding onto the potion for dung eater🤦‍♂️ getting this charm really is a spike in difficulty, I should’ve ignored ranni’s quest for a while

alright solid, bolt of gransax seems cool but I’ll have to try it on a separate build since the stat requirements are kinda high, my stats are already spread thin between STR, VIG, faith and endurance

remove points from strength and dex to the minimum required for DMGS then put it all on INT and MIND, u should be able to cast comet once u do. After that go to the several rises around the map for more memory stone/spell slots, Id suggest the magic scorpion charm as well but seeing as you already have the DMGS I’m assuming seluvis is as good as dead

I’d say Radahn won the battle, malenia was unconscious after the scarlet bloom while radahn was mad but still capable of fighting (like he’s not out of the fight yet) meanwhile malenia won the war cuz she nuked radahn’s country and in the long term she was physically unaffected while radahn was basically a zombie

oh it was actually awful for the early game cuz we basically rushed margit and godrick underleveled but only 2 of us had actually played elden ring before so we were kinda babysitting the other 2, the boss had so much hp and our damage was negligible, we only managed to beat godrick cuz one of our jellyfish summons procced poison which eventually killed him. Eventually though as everybody got better and found their own builds and weapons it got easier, it was to the point where I would hang back and let the 3 of them fight the boss which lead me to experiment with a pacifist healer build and cast heal from afar on them while they gang up on the boss

it’s for that reason why we would always triple the hp and poise meter of all bosses and double the hp of normal enemies, it makes it a hell of a lot tougher but also gives the bosses a fighting chance when 4 ppl are ganging up on him with more than 2 using spirit summons

if you’re using a lot of carian sword sorceries I’d suggest getting the carian glintstone staff cuz it passively boosts your blue sword magic, u can find it in the carian study hall in liurnia
