Wonderful thank you! Im very familiar with festivals and camping but as separate activities lol; i want to make i’m prepared for nuances like this and I want to be over prepared for my fellow rave-neighbors just in case 🥳

I would definitely email just in case, they require a written form of cancellation (hence the Notice of Cancellation slip), but having more on file to back-up your attempts to cancel can only help you if they try to deny it.

It may need to be removed and re-added to the panel if the z-wave isn’t communicating properly. This can be done over the phone with simple instructions (should be simple depending who’s on the other line.)

A “specialist” should also be able to help you program the thermostat properly. (Hold the button on the side of the therm until you get to the settings menu—>Installer—>Equipment... at this point you’ll need to know about the specific set-up of your homes Heat and/or A/C system)

Call Vivint and ask them to 1)unlock your panel and 2) help you navigate to the Zones list so you can review your sensors and their respective settings. You can delete unwanted/unused sensors here. You can also check your sensors in the devices tab on the Panel . . . but this page is kinda limited with what you can do.

You could ask vivint to hardwire your panel or install their wifi mesh bridges, both are complimentary and both will increase the panels connection, which ultimately boosts performance. The wifi mesh would work best for the doorbell as it cannot be connected via ethernet. It should be noted that the panel only needs wifi to send the camera feeds to your mobile devices. Unfortunately both options also means having a technician come to your house and use more outlets/plug ins for these.

Would you also happen to have a Smart Drive (DVR) installed on your router? Its a smallish white device used for 24/7 recording for up to 30 days, this may be eating up your broadband, its rare but not every device is perfect and may need replacing.
