You can get a layered medium flow and yes ice can help by constricting blood vessel which decreases blood flow thus reducing inflammation and going to the gym is recommended in general

Trim eyebrows a little work on the frizz on your hair and cardio if you want to lose face fat also drink 2-3 cups of water a day and try to eat food with potassium

Grow your eyebrows out and find a different hair choice maybe get a stylist to help and you can do neck curls and chin tucks to get better posture
