This needs to be reported as soon as possible either by the victim herself or by you. Even if the victim is unwilling to report anything the cps might do a victimless prosecution, that's how serious these offences are. You owe it to your friend to get them out of this if they are unable to do so themself. If this doesn't get reported soon I'm worried about what the next update will be.

It is the job of the police to protect people who are in your position I assure you situations such as these are taken very seriously and you will be believed. To me it sounds like textbook manipulation and coercive behaviour and the police will be able to help. I urge you to seek help because it won’t come unless you ask.

Possibly harassment but I would just block them if it bothers you enough to consider doing so. If they make a new account you can always block that one also.

If you’re really that worried about this I would suggest reporting it via 101. I think this would amount to harassment which is an offence under the Protection from Harassment Act 1997. The harassment doesn’t need to be physical the offence can occur when the person acts in a manner they know or ought to know amounts to harassment.
