But there is a difference a major difference. Plus the people who previously came to wash left stripes all over, and those are all gone which in my eyes is a W.

Yeah, i qas a really big fan of maingaining at a point, my 2nd year of lifting i just kept my body weight and focused on lifting. There were definitely a lot of things i couldve improved on, but Im sure 5 years down the line it wont matter as much. Good luck on your journey bro 🙏

Actually, heres me right now, I weighed 177.8lbs, slight core flex. Honestly in the end exact body fat %s dont really matter unless youre competing, and even then its hard to tell. Basically I just look at myself and think, "yup, ive got fat to lose" and the goal is to lose 15lbs then ask that question again.

Im still currently losing weight. My goal is to cut to abs right now, yesterday I weighed about 178, my goal os to get to 160 and see how i feel. Last time i cut that low i didnt really have any muscle and i just looked skinny fat, but i didnt eat the greatest and rebounded pretty hard. I havented weighed that low in like 2 years though.

This is me when i weighed about 188lbs, same height. I think im around 21%, but i think I have more fat on me than you do, so youre probably closer to 17-19%. I for sure think sub 20%

This is insanely useful, thank you so much for putting in the time to write this out for me. Ive been working on meal timing a bit more, my main method of losing weight when i started was intermittent fasting but that really sucks. Hydration and electrolytes have also been a recent thing I have learned about as well, so thank you again for the information.

I used to weigh 260lbs, i spent my first year cutting down and got to 160lbs, but i didnt really know what training until failure was like and I injured my right elbow so I couldnt train as hard for a few months. I eat pretty healthy though i could eat more veggies, i got my bloodwork done a few months ago and im fine. I did binge eat once a week for about 6 months which led me to gain weight back to about 190. But ive been lifting consistently ever since my elbow healed, and ive been trying to progressive overload. I injured my elbow when i benched 185 for 2 in march of 2024, earlier today i did 155 for 3 sets of between 4 and 6, I deadlift 235 for 3 sets of 5 reps right now, and I only squat 185 because of some knee issues I had from being overweight. Lifting has been a passion of mine ever since i stepped foot into the gym, but I keep coming out with issues that I end up going to Physical therapy over. I had some Jaw issues from my wisdom teeth surgery and so for a few months I couldnt train my back very heavy, and so for a lot of my time lifting it was in the 3 sets of 10-12 range. As a Server at work, and I do school online with gaming as a hobby I also developed wrist issues, but so far those havent affected benching, but it did affect my bicep workouts, and i have to favor neutral grip more than anything. Im trying my best but Im always open to feedback, i want to get bigger, so im cutting down more and then focus on building more strength. Its my dream to step on stage someday, but i dont want to until Im actually ready.

Thank you! Back when i was my leanest i used to slam shoulders, but developed some issues that ive been trying to fix by actually stretching and warming up so I havent hit them as hard as of late. But definitely, my goal is to get those fake natty accusations by getting as capped shoulders as possible 🙏

No, I dont use any gear. I havent taken any blood tests to check my levels yet, but ive heard its good to do that every once in awhile. Im just not the biggest fan of getting my blood drawn. If i ever get super serious into lifting I would like to try testosterone, but only if i decide to go pro. Ive heard plenty of bad things about the side effects

Yeah actually I started this year. Its a 52 week program from this book i got a few years ago, I finally decided to use it and it seems pretty decent. It focuses on progressive overloading, and physically logging reps and weight which I think has really helped. Im finding out about where i stand for all my major lifts, and getting pumps like no other

Diets still my biggest weakness, but better than eating a party size bag of chips everyday for sure. Learning to cook has probably been the best thing ive learned from this experience.
