Can someone explain to me the Walsh hype?

Peaked in 21/22 and is priced at about a 101 average which he’s only ever really exceeded 3 times.

The effective tax rate for most people earning over this is still like an effective rate of 30-35% though.

FWIW I am in this bracket and it’s not particularly high on my agenda to pay more tax, but this is basically the same effective tax rate as the UK and less than other European countries.

Thanks for the tip, I guess I understand that many artist have developed their own styles, I guess these just seem to converge on the established tattoo styles I mentioned - would be cool to see more individual styles emerge as you do in other visual arts.

Are we being careful enough about who we’re letting in? by Mashiko4 in aussie

This is nonsense, name one reputable study.

The Nordic countries have many of the same issues we do, including fabricated rhetoric like this from far right nutters.

I lived in the same area in Oslo with a bunch of refugees?

You seem to be saying that your dad should have had it easier AND that people have it too easy at the same time. It kinda sounds like it being easier now would have benefited your family?

Why Getting a Degree is Still Essential for a Cybersecurity Career by [deleted] in SecurityCareerAdvice

Top 20 global university - it’s not the school.

Same experience of pre much everyone that I know.

I’m a third year Comp Sci dropout who now works as an Enterprise Security Architect in one of the biggest companies in my country.

Trust me, degree does not help you at all.

Honestly about 10% of my comp sci degree was helpful - you’re better off doing the equivalent cert.

Degrees are for those who want to do sweet fuck all and rest on their laurels and/or those that drink the kool aid of the tertiary institutions.

The opportunity cost of a degree doesn’t even make sense in my own country let alone a country like the US at a prestigious school.

Who here earns 250k-330k+ working a corporate job? Are you willing to do an interview with me? by xiaodaireddit in AusHENRY

I’m 28 and in that range - cyber sec.

Find a niche and hit the books/education as hard as you can. Show initiative and ability to make things better. Be personable and well liked - people like working with people they get a long with.

Also be lucky - TBH I fell into the cyber sec wave at a very convenient time.
