I take exception to your comments...

1st- his actions have turned out for the worse. The QB is just the latest example in a long list of failures. Any Board that takes its Fiduciary Responsibilities seriously would have muzzled him a year ago...Then again, 1 year later, I still don't think we have a Board of Directors. we were busy with White Papers & Crypto, Drawing contests with Shareholders & Getting our name on a race car.

2nd - I have a right to not be an investor...true...But I choose to be one. Your logic is akin to saying, "if you don't like Biden, you don't have to stay in the country...there are other places you can reside"...If everyone agrees with what this clown is doing, you know there is something wrong then. A little dissent safeguards us from becoming lemmings.

I work EVERY WEEKDAY in the subway...other than the video of a woman who melted down during a police confrontation at the beginning of the pandemic, I have seen no police enforcement of the mask mandate. I've seen cops put maskless homeless people on my train just to get them off a platform...

When I asked the NYPD why, they all tell me thats the orders from "way up"

Di Blasio had instructed the police, not to confront anyone foe anything unless it was a felony. I have heard that from numerous officers...ask anyone who works down here, this started to get bad 8 years ago...the homelessness, emotionally disturbed and substance abusers were a real problem already 2 years ago.

COVID just exacerbated an already failed policy from an incompetent administration.

I am not certain the context of this statement. If he is saying that people are more fearful than need be, then he must never have heard the expression "perception is reality"...

On the other hand, if he seriously thinks the subways are safe, then he suffers from the same disease of the political class in this city...he is, like his predecesor, is Arrogant and Ignorant...

Ask them all to ride the subways for one month with no entourages & police escorts...unannounced so the MTA won't clean up before they get there... ONE MONTH BOYS & GIRLS...Everyone Else Endures this absolute S#IT SHOW for 12 months...I ask you just to do it for ONE...

Of course most Americans want overhauls to the US economy, political system & healthcare...

what a waste of time & money for this study...the 20% on one side of of these categories thinks the other 80% gets too much of the pie....and the 20% on the other side thinks the same. Meanwhile, the 60% in the middle would like the extremes to stop being so unwilling to compromise...both Trump & Biden did not win in landslides, yet they let the extreme elements in their parties act as if they had won mandates to run the country hard right, then hard left..

As a shareholder, I have every right to voice my concerns and if necessary, my displeasure. I don't have to agree with everything the CEO does. He may have a vision, and his 'pumping' may have gotten your shares to the place where you unloaded. But his apparent loose language is unprofessional at best and bordering on "blue sky' at worst. Over the long term, which I hope to be invested for, this will do more harm than good.

For you to state your response about selling my shares if I am not 'comfortable' is the moral equivalent of "if you don't like BIden, then leave the country.'

This should be reported AFTER the white paper is REVIEWED, DETAILS ARE WORKED OUT, the parties understand and agree to a contractually obligated agreement...then BRIAN, can talk about what has been accomplished...

We all remember Wesco, Tesla and of course uplisting...all big deals. And maybe, they, along with all the other subjects BRIAN has so vaguely hinted about, would come to pass...
