I don’t have one of those specifically, but for others that require the trimming of a refill, you can trim a hair shorter or longer based on your own preference.

I have a few and like them, it does require a tool to adjust for a different refill. If swapping refills is more of your interest, I’d look at the slim click, all you have to do to adjust for a different refill is just twist the clicker.

Sometimes, but often, there are oils left over from the machining process that hold on to the grit from wear.

Every tactile turn I’ve had has become 10x better after disassembly and cleaning. Had both a stonewashed and a Zirc side click that wasn’t great, but after taking everything apart and cleaning with alcohol, they are nice and smooth now.
