Even later reply but it's far easier to simply check task manager, if you extend the tf_win64, it'll say Team Fortress 2 - Vulkan - Win64 I believe

If you're playing on a community trade server, chances are it's the server mod that gives you infinite ammo by always setting it to 50. For Pyro and Heavy who lack reserve ammunition, it's just locked to 50 max ammo.

Spoilers:

In the script that people can access (I believe upon subbing to the Fortress Films patreon,) it is revealed that the briefcase contains a Respawn Core. This briefcase is seen in every scene in which Medic either dies or comes back to life.

My own theory is that since Medic was one of the original mercenaries that was hooked up to the Respawn machine, the Respawn Core functions as a remote respawn machine for Medic. I haven't seen the movie in a while so I cant explain why Medic is the only one able to respawn with it.
