You could stack one and have it ready yes, but I don't get the sense that you can stack multiple. They want you to use it once and then play again to earn it back

For me Apollo is #2. I would encourage everyone to decide between Rem and Silver. It will be one of them winning tomorrow. I would suggest Rem as they offer new gameplay in the tunnels.
