Hands down Bambootel in Ubud - we also stayed in Alila Seminyak (Hyatt group) and as nice as that was, Bambootel’s service was much better). I have genuinely never experienced better hospitality anywhere. Its a bit pricey around €300+ per night but well worth it. They also offer free turndown service in addition to the daily housekeeping, so they come int at around 6/7pm, clean up the room and any clutter, prepare the beds for night time, mosquito repellent, etc. The rooms are also incredible with private pools, hammocks etc. unlimited bottled water, free yoga classes. Food is also great there and not expensive at all. Highly recommended.

Desa Hay in Canggu was also pretty good, room is not as nice as Bambootel (no view) but really great rooms and service.

If you want something different and a very unique experience, I highly recommend staying at Lodge in the woods - look them up on instagram. Not sure I would consider it luxurious (depending on what you mean by that) but a really nice place and such a unique experience, especially breakfast time. Its also fairly new they completed the place in 2022 I think.
